What's the minimum order?
18 lbs per blend — one case. Mix blends across a single order once your account is open.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by 12 pm CT ship the same business day from our Illinois warehouse. Free shipping to the lower 48.
Do you offer payment terms?
Yes — Net 30 for approved accounts after your first order. We also accept all major cards and ACH.
Can you private-label?
Yes, from 300 lbs per blend. Ask about it in your application and we'll send the spec sheet.
Where does your matcha come from?
Directly from partner farms in Japan, milled to order and shipped chilled to preserve color and aroma.
